Any engagement of Russell Partners for tax, notary, litigation support, immigration and administrative support, or business compliance services is governed exclusively by a separate signed engagement letter or service agreement, the terms of which will control over anything stated here in the event of a conflict.

NATURE OF SERVICES AND NO ATTORNEY-CLIENT RELATIONSHIP

Russell Partners LLC provides tax and financial services, notary and signing services, litigation support and process services, immigration and administrative support, and business operations and compliance services. Russell Partners is not a law firm, and none of its personnel act as attorneys unless independently and separately identified as a licensed attorney in a specific engagement.

  • No legal advice. Nothing on this Website, and no service performed by Russell Partners, constitutes legal advice or legal representation. Content on this Website is provided for general informational purposes only.

  • No attorney-client relationship. Use of this Website, or engagement of any Russell Partners service, does not create an attorney-client relationship. If your matter requires legal advice or representation, you should consult a licensed attorney.

  • Immigration services scope. Russell Partners' immigration and administrative support services are limited to administrative and document-preparation assistance. Russell Partners is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice, legal representation, or notario público services. If your matter requires legal advice regarding immigration status, relief, or proceedings, you should consult a licensed immigration attorney. Notarial acts performed by Russell Partners are performed by a commissioned Massachusetts notary public acting within the scope of that commission, in accordance with Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 222 (Justices of the Peace, Notaries Public and Commissioners), and do not constitute legal advice regarding the underlying document being notarized. [Note: Chapter 222 governs notarial acts specifically; it does not apply to tax, accounting, consulting, or other non-notarial services, and should not be cited as governing those services generally.]

  • Tax services. Tax preparation and related services are provided subject to the credentials actually held and currently active for the preparer at the time of engagement (e.g., IRS PTIN, IRS Authorized Acceptance Agent status, if applicable). Nothing in this Website or in any communication from Russell Partners should be construed as a guarantee of tax outcome, audit result, or IRS determination.

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY

Clients are expected to provide complete, accurate, and timely information required for Russell Partners to perform the requested services. Our work product, recommendations, and filings rely on the accuracy and completeness of the information provided by the client. Russell Partners is not responsible for delays, penalties, denials, or losses arising from omitted, incomplete, or inaccurate information supplied by the client.

PAYMENT, CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

Appointments and services generally require prepayment to confirm scheduling. Cancellation or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time. Missed appointments and same-day cancellations are non-refundable.

Once document preparation, tax work, notarial services, or other administrative processing has begun, payments are final. Where a refund is approved at Russell Partners' discretion, it will exclude any merchant processing fees and administrative fees already incurred.

CONFIDENTIALITY & DATA HANDLING

Russell Partners takes reasonable measures to protect client information consistent with applicable privacy laws and professional confidentiality obligations. Client information may be shared with third parties only where necessary to complete a requested service (for example, IRS or state filing systems, business registration portals, or identity verification systems) or as required by law. Full details on how we collect, use, and protect personal information are set out in our separate Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference.

ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing and using the Website, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website. Your continued use of the Website constitutes acceptance of these Terms as they may be updated from time to time.

USE OF WEBSITE

You may use the Russell Partners LLC website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Website:

DISPUTE RESOLUTION
