Jatnna Meribeth Russell is the Founder and Principal of Russell Partners LLC, a Massachusetts-based professional services and operational support firm focused on confidential, organized support solutions for businesses and individuals.
Her career was built in federal service, with hands-on experience across compliance, investigative, administrative, and regulatory environments — a background that shapes the firm's detail-oriented, professional approach to client work:
Internal Revenue Service (IRS): Account Manager resolving amended returns, managing balance-due accounts, and processing ITIN (Individual Taxpayer Identification Number) applications.
U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA): Contract paralegal in a unit established during the COVID-19 pandemic to investigate high-risk applications, conduct skip tracing, and perform due diligence on federal funding requests.
U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS): Provided security support, public safety enforcement, and situational de-escalation under federal compliance guidelines.
Federal Student Loan Programs (F.H. Cann & Windham): Led compliance teams processing administrative wage garnishments, advanced skip tracing, and recovery of pre-default government accounts under FDCPA regulations.
